WIZMO Private Vehicle booking opens on May 5, 2026 (KST). Please check back then.
This private vehicle booking service is operated by GroundK Co., Ltd (the booking service provider). Vehicle operation is performed by WizMobility Co., Ltd (chauffeur partner). The service is available to foreign visitors to Busan, Republic of Korea.
Name, email address, phone number, preferred communication language, pickup date/time, pickup and dropoff locations (text addresses you enter; we do NOT collect GPS), passenger and luggage count, and optional notes.
Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (page views, browser type, device category). A `_ga` cookie may be set in your browser to distinguish unique visitors; IP addresses are anonymized. No name, email, or booking content is sent to Google.
Booking processing and availability confirmation; payment link delivery via email; schedule changes and cancellations; dispute resolution and customer support. Email is used for verification and booking communication only — never for marketing.
Your information is stored and processed by GroundK Co., Ltd as the booking service operator.
For vehicle operation (chauffeur dispatch, fee settlement, on-site service), your booking data is forwarded to WizMobility Co., Ltd. WizMobility's handling of your data thereafter is governed by their official policies linked below.

Booking data held by GroundK Co., Ltd is retained for 1 year after booking completion (for dispute resolution and aggregate statistics) and deleted thereafter. WizMobility's retention follows their Privacy Policy (linked above).
You may decline this consent (in which case the booking will not proceed) or request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Requests are processed under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

You agree to provide accurate booking information (name, contact, schedule, locations). Submitting false or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of your booking and restriction from future use of the service.
GroundK Co., Ltd is responsible for the booking platform and data handling. On-the-ground vehicle operation (driving, scheduling at the venue, on-site service) is performed by WizMobility Co., Ltd. GroundK is not directly liable for accidents, delays, or service failures arising from partner operations; such matters are governed by the partner's own terms and insurance. Partner contact details are provided in the linked WizMobility policies above for direct claims.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the Korean courts of competent jurisdiction. Personal information handling complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea.
